職位描述

工作職責:
1、收集、整理造型各階段工程可行性問題,及時整合成有效的管理清單,問題狀態(tài)及時更新并實時溝通、發(fā)布;
2、組織、參加對接會議和各類升級會議、記錄相關(guān)問題結(jié)論,有效管理并指導相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)修改并檢查;
3、識別重難點問題、突出管理,有效識別并提供合理的技術(shù)方案,控制問題風險;
4、了解造型開發(fā)中的各環(huán)節(jié)的工作邏輯,支持造型各階段技術(shù)輸入、輸出,對標、驗證,確保造型落地;
5、支持團隊建設(shè)包括工作流程優(yōu)化、共性問題復盤等等。
1. Collect and organize feasibility issues for each stage of the design project, integrate them into an effective management list and update the status in time, communicate and release them in real time.
2. Organize and participate in docking meetings and various upgrade meetings, record relevant issue conclusions,manage and guide data modify and inspect effectively.
3. Identify key and difficult issues, highlight management, identify and provide reasonable technical solutions, and control problem risks effectively.
4. Understand the working logic of each stage in development, support technical input and output at each stage, benchmark and verify to ensure the implementation of styling.
5. Support team building, including workflow optimization, review of common issues, and more.
任職資格:
1、本科及以上學歷, 10年以上汽車工程或設(shè)計相關(guān)經(jīng)驗;
2、有一定的工程專業(yè)技術(shù)知識儲備(如總布置、車身、車燈、座椅等),對國內(nèi)外汽車法規(guī)有一定了解;
3、掌握基本的三維軟件操作(如CATIA、ALIAS等);
4、英語能滿足日常工作需求,交流無障礙,書寫流暢;
5、團隊協(xié)作能力強, 積極主動, 較強的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力;
6、對汽車設(shè)計有高度興趣,能很好的理解造型意圖,熟悉造型設(shè)計開發(fā)流程。
1. Bachelor's degree or above, at least 5 years of experience in automotive engineering or design.
2. Have a certain reserve of engineering professional technical knowledge (such as general layout, body、headlights, seats, etc.), and have a good understanding of domestic and foreign automotive regulations.
3. Basic 3D software operations (such as CATIA, ALIAS, etc.).
4. English can meet daily work needs. Communication is barrier free and writing is smooth.
5. Strong teamwork ability, proactive, strong communication and coordination skills.
6. Highly interested in automotive design, able to understand styling intentions well, and familiar with the styling design development process.
